Q1: Are your overstock sources real?

Yes. We only work with first-hand sellers. All inventory is stored in US warehouses, coming from trusted sellers on platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, eBay, Walmart, Temu, and SHEIN. Some items include UPC codes and platform sales records. Inspection is supported.

Q2: What’s the minimum order? Do you support mixed orders?

MOQ (minimum order quantity) varies per product, usually by box or pallet. Some categories allow mixed orders. Please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat for details.

Q3: Can I inspect before purchase? Is pickup available?

Yes. Local inspection and pickup are supported. Some warehouses allow video inspection or third-party QC services.

Q4: Is it safe? Any guarantee?

Yes. Buyers pay to the platform account, and funds are only released to the seller after the buyer confirms delivery. Your payment is protected.

Q5: What payment methods do you support?

We currently support bank wire transfers (domestic and international). Payment instructions will be provided after order confirmation.

Q6: How long does delivery take?

  • If inventory is in a third-party US warehouse, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days via UPS or FedEx. Local pickup is also available.
  • If inventory is in an FBA warehouse, it typically takes 1–2 weeks for release, followed by 3–7 business days for UPS/FedEx delivery.

Q7: Are the products new?

Yes. Most items are brand new overstock. If there are other conditions, they will be clearly stated in the product description.

Q8: Will I receive an invoice or proof of purchase?

Yes. We provide a Payment Receipt issued by our Hong Kong entity for every transaction. This receipt can be used for your accounting and reconciliation purposes.
